Shipping & Returns

  • Refunds & Reprints
    • Refunds and Free Reprints are only offered for errors in the printing process.
    • There are no refunds or reprints for any other reasons.
    • Reprint or refund is at our sole discretion.
  • Custom Designs
    • when we create your design or layout, we guarantee the information on your business cards will be clearly legible and all graphics will be sharp and clear.
    • This does not apply to customer supplied logos and photos. We will do our best to make your photos and graphics look as good as possible, but if we didn't create it, we cannot guarantee it.
    • If we're designing your printing project and you don't like your first proof, we'll make adjustments to the layout based on your requests.
      We'll do everything we can to provide you with the best design possible.
    • If you wish to cancel your order after design work has begun, we may offer a partial refund for the printing cost, only.
      Design fees will be retained for time spent on your project.
  • Customer Provided Files
    • We cannot guarantee legibility, sharpness, clarity or color from customer supplied files. If we didn't design it or create it, we can only guarantee the printing process, not the design elements. All specs are provided, if your files match our specs, you'll get what you want.
  • Customer Designs from our Automated Design Program
    • We guarantee that your design will be printed as it was presented in your online proof.
    • This is an automated program, humans are not involved. You design it, you proof it, you send it to print. Orders cannot be placed without approving your final design, so if you ordered it, you approved the proof.
    • Customer supplied images and graphics: We do not make any guarantee on design elements that you add to your layout.
  • Color
    • We do not do exact color matching. Our printing process is CMYK color mode, we do not use Pantone colors.
    • There will be slight color shade differences between one print run and the next.
    • If your order prints with an extreme color difference, we will review it and a reprint may be granted at our discretion..
    • If you require exact color matching or Pantone color matching, this is not the service for you.
  • Cracking
    • Cracking of the edges of a business card sometimes occurs when the card contains high values of ink, as in dark colors. This usually happens on a small amount of cards in the run. To prevent this, use lighter colors or if you must use dark colors, use as little ink as possible.
    • When a job is coated with UV then scored and folded the job may begin to crack. During use, the cracks will become bigger and the ink may start to chip off. Cracking is normal when coated jobs are scored and folded. Ordering the job without UV will help but may not prevent this. As the job is used and folded more and more, cracking will eventually happen.
  • Turn Around Time
    • Turn around time is guaranteed for RUSH or Expedited Orders, ONLY.
    • Normal turn around time is 2 to 4 business days. This is an estimate, ONLY. Most orders print and ship within a couple of days, but occasionaly it may take longer. Weekends and holidays are not business days.
    • To get next day or 2nd day turn around, your order must be placed before 10 AM, EST.
    • If your order has a specific deadline, please select a 'Rush' or 'Expedited' turn-around AND UPS 3 day, 2nd day air or next day air.
  • Shipping
    • ALL orders are shipped via UPS, only.
    • You must provide a street address, UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
    • We cannot ship using your shipping account.
    • We do not offer 'in store pickup' for any reason, there are no exceptions.
    • UPS ground shipping times vary, if you need your order before a specific date, please select a 'Rush' or 'Expedited' turn-around AND UPS 3 day, 2nd day air or next day air.
